On January 6, 2024, I started the year by collaborating with VanWaIRL at Heathen Brewing Feral Public House to host an introductory bean-to-bar chocolate experience. A BIG chocolate shout-out goes to Trevor at VanWaIRL for inviting me to host the event. We dove into the fascinating journey from cacao beans to luscious chocolate bars, uncovering the secrets behind the craft. The enthusiasm from everyone who attended made the entire experience even sweeter!
